3. Donations and Payments

- Voluntary Contributions: Donations made to the Foundation are used to support our spiritual initiatives and social welfare activities.
- Refund Policy: Generally, donations and session fees are non-refundable. In cases of accidental duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
- Tax Benefits: Receipts for donations eligible for tax exemptions (under Section 80G, if applicable) will be issued based on the details provided during the transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, meditations, session recordings, logos, and spiritual teachings—is the property of Gjanahata Foundation. You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute any of our session content without explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gjanahata Foundation and its volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the application of spiritual teachings or participation in sessions. Results of spiritual work are subjective and vary from person to person.
